Preparing the zucchini:
Wash and dry the zucchini. Cut it into slices or half-moons, depending on your preference.
For a more uniform consistency, cut the zucchini into evenly sized pieces.
Preparation:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it.
Add the zucchini to the pan and sauté for about 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened and lightly browned.
If the zucchini releases too much water, cook for a short while longer to evaporate any excess liquid.
