
Quick Bread Recipe
1. Make the dough:
– Pour 340 ml warm water into a bowl and add 60 ml cooking oil.
– Add 10 g dry yeast and mix until the yeast is completely dissolved.
– Add 600 g flour and 8 g salt into a bowl. Mix well until you get a smooth batter.
2. Make the dough:
– Lightly grease the table with cooking oil.
– Place the dough on a work surface and knead until smooth and even.
– Grease a bowl with butter and pour the dough into it. Cover the bowl and let it rise in a warm place for one hour.
