Whisk the eggs well in a bowl.

Stir in the cheese and breadcrumbs.

Season with salt and pepper if desired.

3. Bake to perfection

Pour the mixture into the baking dish.

Bake for 15–20 minutes until the mixture is golden brown and puffed up.
