Honey Garlic Crispy Chicken

 

Ingredients:
500g boneless chicken (thighs or chicken breasts), cut into pieces
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 beaten egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
For the honey and mosquito sauce:
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (for smoothing)
