A delicious bread that has become a staple in my kitchen.
Bread made entirely from whole grains, without flour, eggs or leavening agents such as baking powder or baking soda. It’s delicious and keeps you full for much longer than wheat bread. We love the crispy edges. You can add your favourite grains, nuts, dried fruits and bake a new loaf every time. I recommend it – it’s really worth it!
Ingredients
(measured with a 250 ml glass):
1.5 dl oatmeal
1 dl flaxseed
1 dl shelled sunflower seeds
0.5 dl nuts (I used cashews and almonds)
0.5 dl pumpkin seeds
1/3 dl sesame seeds
a handful of cranberries
1 and ¾ dl warm water
5 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon real honey
1 teaspoon salt
I used a 12 x 25 cm ovenproof dish
