Inspired by a lack of time and a deep love for all things  pasta, I decided to throw everything into the  slow cooker before heading out for a brisk hike. Upon my return, I was greeted not just by the aroma of cooked chicken and melted cheese, but by a new family favorite that begged to be shared.
