Christmas Fudge is creamy, colourful, and irresistibly festive



– Extra cherries
– Pistachios
– White chocolate drizzle
– Edible gold dust
– Christmas sprinkles



Directions:

1️⃣ Prepare the tray:

1. Line a 20 × 20 cm slice tin with baking paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.



2️⃣ Melt the fudge base:

2. In a saucepan on low heat, combine condensed milk, chocolate, and butter.
3. Stir continuously until melted, smooth, and glossy (do not boil).
4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.



3️⃣ Add festive mix-ins:

5. Fold through cherries, cranberries, pistachios, and almonds/marshmallows if using.
6. Work quickly before the mixture thickens.
