Bread without yeast and sugar

 

Introduction

This bread is perfect for those who want a healthy and easy option without yeast and sugar.
It is quick to prepare, does not require a rising time and gives a juicy, crumbly result that is suitable for both breakfast and lunch.

4 dl rolled oats
3 dl whole wheat flour
2 dl quick oats or rye flakes
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
5 dl kefir or plain yogurt
2 tbsp oil
Optional seeds or grains (sunflower, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds)
