Apple Pie Egg Rolls

  • Peel, core, and finely dice the medium-sized apples.
  • In a large bowl, mix the diced apples with sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground allspice, and all-purpose flour until the apples are evenly coated.
  • Assemble the Egg Rolls:
    • Lay an egg roll wrapper diagonally on a clean surface.
    • Spoon a generous amount of the prepared apple mixture onto the center of the wrapper, being careful not to overfill.
    • Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, tucking it slightly underneath.
    • Fold in the side corners to enclose the filling.
    • Roll the wrapper tightly from bottom to top, sealing the final corner with water to ensure it stays closed.
