250 g fresh strawberries

200 ml whipping cream

250 g low-fat fromage blanc (or mascarpone or Greek yoghurt)

1 packet vanilla sugar

2 tbsp sugar (to taste)

1 tsp lemon juice

Optional: crushed meringue or shortbread cookies for crunch
