A strawberry dessert as light as a cloud of strawberries – ready in minutes! A light and divine summer dessert – creamy, fruity and incredibly quick to make!

Wash the strawberries, remove the skin and chop them into small pieces. Mix with lemon juice and 1 tbsp sugar.

Whip the cream until stiff.

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, vanilla sugar and the remaining sugar until smooth.

Fold in the whipped cream, then add the strawberries and mix gently.

Optional: Fill the glasses with crushed meringues or shortbread cookies.

Serving suggestion:
Enjoy immediately after preparation or let them cool for a while

Garnish with mint leaves and whole strawberries

Also suitable for cake: simply place them on the pie crust!

Tip: Frozen strawberries are also suitable; thaw them first!
