Carrot and Ginger Soup Ingredients: 6 cups bone or vegetable broth 1 kg carrots, sliced 2 onions, peeled and chopped 2 tablespoons coconut oil 3 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped Sea salt, black pepper, and onion powder to taste Preparation: Combine the carrots, garlic, ginger, and broth in a large saucepan.
