Ingredients:
Preparing the shortcrust pastry crumbs:

Pour the flour into a deep bowl.

Add salt and sugar.

Grate the cold butter on a coarse grater.

Mix the mixture thoroughly until you get sandy crumbs.

Grinding the crumbs:

Put the resulting crumbs in a frying pan.

Put the frying pan over medium heat.

Fry until golden brown, stirring constantly to avoid burning. This will take about 8 to 10 minutes.
