
When I’m lazy, I always make this dessert. “Napoleon in a glass”: you just have to lick your fingers. Eat it up in 2 minutes.
Pour the sugar into a non-stick frying pan and add the egg yolks.
Pour in the milk and whisk everything together.
Add the flour and whisk again until smooth.
Place the saucepan over medium heat.
Boil the cream until it thickens, about 6 to 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let the cream cool.
Assembling the desserts:
Once the cake and cream have cooled, start assembling the dessert.
