


How to use it safely:
Drink ½ glass (about 125 ml) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Many people follow a 15-day cycle, rest for a week, then repeat. Limit continuous use to no more than 6–8 weeks at a time.

When garlic is crushed, it releases allicin, a sulfur compound with strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. A 2021 review in Phytotherapy Research noted that regular garlic consumption supports better blood flow and may protect delicate eye capillaries.
