Tiramisu Bundt Cake ready for the oven in 10 minutes

First, whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy, then stir in the oil and heavy cream.

Next, fold in the flour and baking powder.

Then, pour half of the batter into a greased and breadcrumb-coated Bundt pan.

Now, dissolve the instant coffee in a little water and add it to the remaining batter.

Then add the rum and sifted cocoa powder. Stir well and pour into the pan.

Then bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for about 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test.

If the toothpick comes out clean, the Bundt cake is done.

If batter sticks to the toothpick, the Bundt cake needs to bake a little longer.

After baking, dust the Bundt cake with cocoa powder.

Enjoy!
