1. Fatigue and Weakness
Do you constantly feel exhausted, even when you’re getting enough sleep? This is one of the most common early symptoms. Under stress, your liver doesn’t regulate your energy levels properly, leaving you feeling constantly tired and weak.

2. Loss of Appetite
Do you skip meals or feel full after just a few bites? Then your liver may not be able to properly break down and absorb nutrients.
