Sweet and Sour Chicken Recipe

Dice the chicken fillet and season with salt and pepper.
Dip the chicken pieces in potato starch, then dip them in beaten egg.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown. Set aside.
2️⃣ Vegetables:
Thinly slice the carrots, dice the peppers, and slice the onion.
Sauté the vegetables in a little oil for 5 minutes. Add the pineapple.
3️⃣ Sauce:
Whisk together the ketchup, pineapple juice, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce.
Add the sauce to the vegetables and bring to a boil.
Add the potato starch-water mixture and stir until the sauce thickens. 4️⃣ Pairing:
Add the fried chicken to the sauce with vegetables. Sauté everything together for 3 minutes to combine the flavors.
🍽️ Serving:
Serve with jasmine rice or pasta. Garnish with fresh herbs, such as chives.
