1️⃣ In a pot, melt the honey and peanut butter over low heat – just until combined. DO NOT boil!
2️⃣ In a large bowl, combine the granola, nuts, dried fruit, and seeds. Pour in the warm honey-nut mixture and mix thoroughly – the mixture should be sticky.
3️⃣ Line a baking pan (approx. 20×20 cm) with baking paper and press the mixture evenly into the pan with a spoon or your hand.
4️⃣ Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler, drizzle over the top, and smooth out the surface. 🍫
5️⃣ Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours. Cut into bars and keep in the fridge for up to a week. ❄️
