Soft and smooth homemade pancakes – a simple recipe for the perfect dough

In a large bowl, mix:
Flour + sugar + salt + vanilla sugar.

Add the eggs.
Make a well in the centre and add 3 eggs.
Start whisking and gradually add the flour.

Gradually add the milk.
Add it a little at a time, whisking continuously, to obtain a smooth dough without lumps.
Tip: If lumps form, use a hand blender.

Add the melted butter.
Add the cooled melted butter and whisk one last time.

Resting the dough (optional but recommended)
Let it rest for 10 to 30 minutes to make the dough more elastic and lighter.

Preparation:
Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it (with oil or butter).
Pour a ladle of the dough, spread it quickly and fry for 1 minute on each side.

Serve
with Nutella, jam, honey, sugar, salted caramel… to taste 😍
