Snowflake Cookies

Simply mix all the ingredients (except the icing sugar, which is for garnish) with a hand mixer and knead until smooth.

Now form small balls about 2 cm in diameter by hand. Then press a fork deeply into the balls to create a pattern.

Then bake the cookies at about 170 degrees Celsius for about 10-15 minutes.
While they are still warm, roll them in icing sugar.
