Perfect Grilled Cheese with Harrison Ford’s Twist

  • Spread softened butter (or a thin layer of mayonnaise) evenly on the outside of each slice of bread.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Place the assembled sandwich in the pan and gently press down with a spatula.
  • Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is completely melted and gooey. Adjust the heat as needed to prevent burning.
