Heat the cream with the sugar and vanilla extract. Add the swelled gelatin and stir until dissolved. 🥛✨
Pour the cream mixture over the set chocolate layer and chill again for 1 hour. ❄️
3️⃣ Preparing the strawberry jelly:
Pour the gelatin over the water and set aside for 5 minutes. 🌱
In a pot, heat the water and sugar, add the strawberries, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Gently blend or leave the fruit pieces in. 🍓
Add the gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Spread the strawberry jelly over the cream layer and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, until set. ❄️🍓
4️⃣ Serving:
Garnish the finished dessert with fresh strawberries and grated chocolate. Serve chilled! 😍
