Oven-baked salmon and potatoes

1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Cut the potatoes in half. Place them on half of a baking sheet.

2. Mix melted butter (or oil) with pressed garlic. Brush the potatoes with half of the mixture. Salt and sprinkle with some fresh herbs, such as basil.

3. Roast the potatoes in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes. Remove the potatoes, reduce the heat to 160 degrees.

4. Place the salmon on the other half of the baking sheet. Brush everything with the rest of the butter or oil mixture. Salt, season and sprinkle with chopped dill.

5. Place the baking tray in the bottom of the oven for 20–30 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through, depending on its size. But not too long, or it will become dry.
