Oven-baked cauliflower with cheese – delicious and incredibly crispy

Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top and bottom heat).
Prepare the cauliflower: Cut the cauliflower head into small florets and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Seasoning: Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and add garlic powder if desired. Mix to coat everything evenly.
Pre-bake: Place in the oven for about 20 minutes until the cauliflower starts to get a little color.
Add cheese: Remove the baking sheet, sprinkle with the grated cheese and parmesan.
Bake again for another 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Serve: Top with fresh parsley and serve immediately while it is hot and crispy.
🍽 Tip
For extra crunch, you can mix some breadcrumbs with the cheese before gratinating.
Serve with a fresh salad or a cold yogurt sauce.
