• Allow the nettle to dry in a cool, dark place. Fill glass jars to the brim with dried stems.
• Pour 40% alcohol (vodka or brandy) over the tincture until completely drained.
• Seal tightly and store in a cool, dark place for 6-8 weeks.
• After 8 weeks, filter and pour into dark glass bottles.
Dosage:
• Take 10-20 drops diluted in water, 2-3 times daily on an empty stomach. Shake well before use.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
