First, my dears, cream the butter and sugar together well.
Then add the remaining ingredients and stir until smooth and creamy.
Afterward, pour the batter into a greased muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (325°F) for about 40 minutes.
If you’re using a muffin tin, grease it before preparation and refrigerate it until ready to fill.
This will prevent the muffins from sticking to the tin.
This recipe makes 10 to 13 muffins.
