Mandarin Orange and Sour Cream Pudding Cake

Ingredients: for a 26cm springform pan:

200g flour
75g sugar
75g butter
1 tsp baking powder
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 egg

For the cream:

500ml milk
2 packets vanilla pudding powder
175g sugar
600g sour cream

For the topping:

1 packet clear glaze
2 small cans of mandarin oranges (approx. 175g drained weight each)
