Mandarin Cake with Fanta – an irresistible dessert full of freshness

Separate about 100 ml Fanta, mix the vanilla sauce powder and

sugar in it. Bring the rest of the Fanta to the boil, stir in the mixed pudding and cook until it thickens. Leave to cool completely. Beat the butter until fluffy and beat in the cooled pudding in batches. Finally add the mandarin slices.

3. Assemble the cake:

Cut the cooled sponge cake lengthwise into two parts. Spread half of the cream on the bottom and arrange the mandarins. Cover with the other part of the sponge cake and spread the remaining cream.
4. Finish:

Prepare the cake jelly according to the instructions. Place the mandarin slices on top of the cake and pour the jelly over them. Leave to set.

Let the cake rest in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, preferably overnight – the flavors will blend nicely and the cream will set perfectly.
