- 1 bell pepper (red or yellow, finely chopped)
- A bunch of fresh dill and parsley , finely chopped

- 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 25 ml red wine vinegar
30 ml water
1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
3 teaspoons sugar
½ tablespoon sweet paprika ️
