
Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings

- Step 1: Add chicken wings to a large bowl and toss with flour and baking powder. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Step 2: Toss with olive oil, lemon pepper, lemon zest, garlic, and salt until coated.
- Step 3: Arrange on a wire rack over a large baking sheet.
- Step 4: Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees F, then flip and bake another 20 minutes.
