Heat the milk for 15 minutes, without letting it boil.
Gradually add the yogurt, mix, then add the lemon juice and salt.
Remove from heat and let stand for three hours in the blender jar.
During this time, you will see the whey separate from the rest of the mixture (yellow liquid).
Once the time has passed, place the cheesecloth over the pot like a strainer and pour the mixture through it to allow the whey to drain.
Apply pressure to the mixture and place the yogurt inside the mold, pressing firmly and applying a small weight on top.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes and press again to remove any remaining liquid.
Finally, remove the cheesecloth and refrigerate for at least 10 hours before consuming.
Alternatively, during preparation, you can add aromatic herbs or any other ingredient of your choice to give the cheese a distinctive flavor.
