Keep this recipe safe

Preparation:

Cook the chicken breast in  salted and seasoned water, if desired (you can steam or boil it). Steam
the carrots until very tender.
In a food processor or high-powered blender, combine the shredded chicken, diced carrots, cream  cheese,  mayonnaise, garlic (if using), and a drizzle of oil or lemon juice.
Blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve chilled with toast, breadsticks, pita bread, or crackers.Groceries
