Mix 100 g chia seeds with 480 ml almond milk in a bowl. Add 60 ml honey or your favorite sweetener. Let the mixture stand for 20 minutes so that the chia seeds swell and absorb the liquid.

2. Put 50 g fresh raspberries, 100 g fresh strawberries and 50 g stevia in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring, until the fruit is tender and has released its juice.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to the pot and stir until the mixture thickens. Then use a blender to puree the fruit until smooth.
