Italian Apple Tart (Torta di Mele)

1️⃣ Prepare the apples
Peel the 3 apples
Grate them as shown in the picture 🥰
Add a little lemon juice (they won’t brown ✨)
2️⃣ Make the batter
In a large bowl:
beat the eggs + sugar
add the oil + milk + vanilla
incorporate the flour + baking powder
👉 Mix
👉 Add the grated apples
3️⃣ Pour into a greased and floured pan 🥧
Spread the batter evenly
4️⃣ Add the slices on top 🍏
Slice 2 apples thinly
Arrange in Rosette as pictured 🌸
5️⃣ Baking
🔥 Oven: 180°C (350°F)
⏱ Approximately 40 min
6️⃣ Glossy Finish 😍
Once out of the oven:
brush with apricot jam or warm honey 🍯
