I’ll never bake anything else again: Creamy Cocoa Cake with Queso Fino Cheese

Start by preparing the cottage cheese filling: thoroughly mix the cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, custard powder, and milk.
To make the dough, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the oil and milk, then carefully fold in the flour mixed with the cocoa powder and baking powder.
Transfer the dough and cottage cheese filling to a buttered and floured baking tin: first part of the dough, then half of the cottage cheese filling, more dough, the remaining cottage cheese filling, and finally the remaining dough for the topping.
Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C (400°F) for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 160°C (350°F) and bake for another 30 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through.
