I could eat this dish every day, the whole family loves it 😋

First, preheat the oven to 210 degrees Celsius (410 degrees Fahrenheit). Then wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins for about 15 minutes.

Peel and slice them. Peel and dice the onions.

Next, heat the oil in a pan and brown the ground beef until crumbly. Add the onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Now add the tomato paste, sugar, water, and 3 teaspoons of stock and cook for about 5 minutes, until the liquid has evaporated.

Brush a casserole dish with oil and arrange the potatoes in it. Then spread the ground meat mixture on top and sprinkle with half of the Gouda cheese.

Now bring the cream to a boil in a small saucepan and dissolve 1 teaspoon of stock in it.

Pour the sauce over the casserole and sprinkle with the remaining Gouda cheese. Bake in the oven for about 30 to 35 minutes.
