How to Adjust Plastic Windows in Minutes to Prevent Blowouts

Step by step: how to adjust a window

1. Locate the eccentrics (eccentrics)
Each plastic window has three adjustment points: top, bottom, and side.

2. Set the winter mode
Use an Allen key and rotate the eccentric so that the wider part faces the interior of the room. This increases pressure on the rubber seals, thus reducing resistance.

3. Adjust all three points.
Adjust all eccentric parts individually. This ensures uniform closure around the entire perimeter.

4. Check the seals
. Check the condition of the rubber seals. If they are cracked or worn, it’s a good idea to replace them.
