When you put together bay leaves, apple, cinnamon and honey, you get the best natural medicine. In addition to many benefits, you will also enjoy a very pleasant taste. This will make it very easy to drink this tea regularly. To make it, you need:
bay leaves – 3 pcs,
apple – 1 pc,
water – 1 liter,
cinnamon – to taste,
honey – to taste.
Procedure
Rinse the apples under running water and cut them into four parts. Remove the stem, core and seeds. Then cut them into smaller pieces so that they cook better. Pour water into a pot and bring it to a boil. Add the bay leaf with cinnamon and cook for 5 minutes. Finally, add the apples to the pot, remove the pot from the stove, cover with a lid and let it steep for 10 minutes. Strain the finished tea, add honey and drink it in the morning on an empty stomach or at night before bed, for a maximum of two weeks at a time.
