  • 5-8 Yukon Gold potatoes (peeled and chopped)

  • 4-6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dry chives

For the Cream Base:

  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups of milk (2% preferred)
