- Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side, or microwave them wrapped in a damp paper towel for 20–30 seconds to make them pliable.
STEP 3: ASSEMBLE THE WRAPS 
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface.
- Spoon a generous portion of the seasoned ground beef onto the center of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese , diced tomatoes , and chopped green onions over the beef.
- Add optional toppings like lettuce , avocado slices , or a dollop of sour cream/Greek yogurt .
STEP 4: ROLL UP THE WRAPS 
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
STEP 5: SERVE AND ENJOY 
- Serve the wraps whole or slice them into pinwheels for bite-sized portions.
- Pair with salsa , hot sauce , or extra toppings on the side for added flavor.
