1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic until soft. Add chopped spinach and sauté until wilted. Let cool.
3. In a bowl, mix the spinach mixture with feta, eggs, dill, salt and pepper.
4. Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Spread the filo dough, each layer brushed with oil, on the bottom of the dish so that it falls over the edges.
5. Place the spinach filling and cover with more layers of filo dough, again each layer brushed with oil. Fold the edges inward and seal.
6. Bake in a preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, until the pita is golden and crispy.
