340 g (12 oz) fettuccine or pasta of choice
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Extra garlic butter (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Chicken Bites
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
3. Make the Garlic Butter
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant. Return the chicken to the pan and toss until well coated in the garlic butter. Remove from heat.
4. Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Sauce
In a separate pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Combine
Add the cooked pasta to the Parmesan sauce and toss until evenly coated.
