
Everything Bagel Bites – I Knew They Were Too Good Not to Share!
For the Crunchy Coating
- 1 box (12 oz / 340g) oyster crackers (about 6 cups)
- ¾ cup (170g / 1½ sticks) unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup (60g) everything bagel seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
- ⅓ cup (30g) grated Parmesan cheese, finely shredded
- Extra pinch of garlic powder or onion salt for depth
- A dash of smoked paprika or cayenne for heat
- Fresh chives or parsley for color after baking
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Preheat Oven & Prep Pan
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat—this prevents sticking and makes cleanup easy.
2. Coat the Crackers
In a large mixing bowl:
- Add oyster crackers.
- Pour melted butter over the top.
- Gently toss with a spatula until all crackers are evenly coated.
