  • ½ cup (60g) everything bagel seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
  • ⅓ cup (30g) grated Parmesan cheese, finely shredded
  • Extra pinch of garlic powder or onion salt for depth
  • A dash of smoked paprika or cayenne for heat
  • Fresh chives or parsley for color after baking

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Preheat Oven & Prep Pan

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat—this prevents sticking and makes cleanup easy.
