Eggnog Cake Guaranteed to Be an Easter Highlight

1. Finely grate the chocolate. Cream together the softened butter or margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt.

4. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and cream stabilizer until stiff and spread evenly over the cake base. Then mix the eggnog with 1-2 tablespoons of instant pudding mix.
