Delicious with ground meat and cabbage. My favorite escalopes instead of cabbage rolls.

1️⃣ Finely chop the cabbage or grate it coarsely. Add salt and set aside for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
2️⃣ Finely chop the onion and garlic. Squeeze out the soaked breadcrumbs.
3️⃣ In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, cabbage, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, and spices. Knead the mixture by hand – it should be compact.
4️⃣ Form oval patties and arrange them tightly in an ovenproof dish greased with oil.
5️⃣ Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until lightly browned. 🤤
💡 TIP: You can cover the patties with tomato sauce and bake – they taste just like cabbage rolls without the wrapping! 🍅
