Super delicious quark pancakes without flour in 5 minutes
Quark Pancakes
Ingredients
2 eggs (medium)
3 tbsp sugar (more or less to taste)
1 packet vanilla sugar
Salt
500 g low-fat quark
100 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
Oil for frying
Preparation
1. First, put the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer. Stir in the quark.
2. Next, thoroughly mix the flour and baking powder in another bowl, then fold it into the quark mixture in two portions using a spatula.
3.Then heat a little oil in a non-stick pan. For each quark pancake, add about 2 tablespoons of the quark mixture to the pan and shape it into a ball with the back of a spoon.
Then bake 3-4 small pancakes at a time over medium heat. When the underside is nicely browned, carefully flip them and cook the other side until done. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Our tip: These quark pancakes taste especially delicious with cinnamon sugar, applesauce, or jam.
