Chocolate-Stuffed Marble Cupcakes
Preheat oven:
Set to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Prepare the batter:
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy.
Add eggs one by one, then add vanilla.
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients and milk alternately until smooth.
Make the chocolate batter:
Divide the batter into two parts.
Mix cocoa powder into one part to create chocolate batter.
Fill the muffin cups:
Spoon a bit of vanilla batter into each liner.
Place a piece of chocolate bar in the center.
Add a spoonful of chocolate batter on top (and optionally swirl with a toothpick).
Bake:
Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick (inserted at the edge) comes out clean.
Cool and serve:
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving warm so the chocolate center stays melty.
