Chocolate Peanut Butter Haystacks

2.4 dl chocolate chips
2.4 dl butterscotch
2.4 dl creamy peanut butter
1.2 dl chow mein noodles
2.4 dl salted peanuts
Directions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.
Melt the chocolate separately in the microwave using the same method.
Add the chow mein noodles and salted peanuts to the melted mixture and stir until well coated.
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared wax paper. Drizzle chocolate over top.
Let the haystacks cool and harden until firm, about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
