250ml very cold heavy cream (30% fat)
120g praline paste
40g mascarpone cheese
1 tbsp 1 tablespoon icing sugar (optional)
Shiny chocolate glaze
150g dark baking chocolate (50-60%)
120ml double cream
20g unsalted butter
Decoration (optional)
Drizzles of melted chocolate
Sugar pearls or beads
Hazelnut pieces or praline
